Because it is the PS3 version, the quality reflects on the PS3.
Why didn't they at least have english subs in the JP version then? this is utter crap, i've been looking forward to this since the JP version was announced and now we aren't getting it? is that because eternal sonata undersold? well heres something captain obvious would say: eternal sonata sucks but toV is actually a good game so it's just stupid not to release it in the west.
Well hopefully some publisher picks it up, atlus i'm looking at you.

These are either fake or intentionally leaked, because why wouldn't they release gameplay screenshots/footage instead of title screen pictures if it were real?
I've seen Nomura mention it a few times while being interviewed for other games but there hasn't been any real info for a while now.

After the release of GoW3 is kinda stupid but since it's only just been confirmed(without release date) theres no way it will release before GoW3.
@Guido: Don't compare the psx to natal, the psx was incredible natal is not.
They need to release ME3 on ps3 same time as pc/xbox and also me/me2 on a single blu-ray disc before me3 otherwise the franchise will not sell very well on the PS3, if they wait a year after ME3 is released then there is no point in releasing on the ps3 at all and they will have lost their chance to make more money.
GoW3 releases on March 16th for US and 19th for EU not the 31st.
@above: yeah i was shocked that they announced MH as the Capcom X microsoft game, but then found out later that it is just a port of a old PC game.
My hopes for a PS3 exclusive MH just came back.
@Vulcanproject: Since DICE are doing the MP it will not be tacked on, i'd bet my new HDTV on that.
BFBC2 beta was excellent so the final product should be the same or better.

I'm finding this hard to believe, it just seems like such an utterly idiotic move by capcom so it will probably go multiplat at some point, and if it is true my hopes for a PS3 exclusive MH just died.
It's just apple/steve jobs being stubborn and the consumers are the ones suffering.
Hopefully someone gives him a good hard slap so he wakes up and implements it.
